Documents that cannot leave the office
Each time a quotation goes out, someone searches old files and, when they cannot find one, writes it from scratch. Files that carry customer names and unit prices cannot be stored with an outside service. Few people can write a reply to an inquiry, so replies wait until one of them is free.

Frequently asked questions
Do any documents leave the office?
The originals never leave the company, and we keep nothing on our servers. On the Standard plan, only the text needed for a draft goes to an external AI service. On the Fully in-house plan, that stays inside too.
Which documents does it cover?
We handle drafts of quotations, daily reports, and replies to inquiries. You can find a document by what it says, even when you do not remember the file name.
How many people can use it?
The Standard plan covers three people, with 980 JPY a month for each person from the fourth onward. The Trial runs for three months and covers three people at 0 JPY a month.
Who is the AI usage fee paid to?
You pay the external AI usage fee directly to the AI provider, and we do not bill it. You can cap your monthly spending in your AI account in advance. The Fully in-house plan is 29,800 JPY a month, and the AI model runs inside your office as well.
