Services / Store and social operations

One routine updates stock and product information,

instead of a separate round of updates for each marketplace.

We take over the work of comparing stock levels and prices channel by channel. Product copy, images, and social posts move through the same procedure.

01

When the work splits by marketplace

You sell on more than one online store, and checking stock means opening each screen in turn.

Product copy and images cannot keep pace, so stock you have already bought sits unlisted.

Social posts go out only on the days when someone has time, and the gaps between them keep widening.

02

What the single procedure covers

Stock and price gaps reach you as one list each morning.

We compare the figures across every channel and send your team only the items that disagree.

Product page copy reaches you ready to publish.

We write it from the product details you send us, laid out to fit the fields each marketplace requires.

Product images reach you in the format each marketplace requires.

We match the background and the margins to the rules of each marketplace, and hand over files you can upload as they are.

Social posts go live at the time you set.

We prepare the text and the image, get your approval, and schedule the post.

How we work

01

Reviewing your channels and current routine

We ask which stores carry which products, and who handles each part of the work.

02

Starting the stock matching and the product copy

We send the morning list of gaps first, then the first product-page drafts.

03

Moving into daily operations

We log each planned listing and its result, and agree with you which products to list next.

04

How we use it in our own business

We run a card shop of our own. The work described on this page is what we carry out for that shop every day.

Frequently asked questions

How much of the work do you take on?

We compare stock and prices across your marketplaces, write the product pages, prepare the images, and schedule the social posts. You decide which products go up and when.

How do you handle our marketplace accounts?

We work inside your own marketplace accounts and do the listing work there. We keep a record of every scheduled post and every listing that went live, and you can review it at any time.

What does the social media add-on cover?

Scheduled posting for three accounts, 20 posts a month, is available as an add-on at 4,800 JPY a month. We prepare the text and the images and schedule them once you have approved. Two more add-ons are available. An inquiry desk that drafts answers from your own documents costs 4,800 JPY a month. A live-stream simulcast to more than one platform costs 9,800 JPY per broadcast.

What does it cost, and what happens in the first month?

The base set is 9,800 JPY a month. It covers stock reconciliation across three marketplaces, copy for up to 100 product pages a month, and up to 100 product images a month on a white background. Setup is 0 JPY and the first month is free.

We ask how you hold stock on each marketplace, then set out what can move into one procedure.
