We are hiring an AI Implementation Specialist.
You will help small and mid-sized businesses find where AI can improve their work, then carry each project from proposal through rollout to everyday use. The role is based at our head office in Naka-ku, Yokohama, pays from 250,000 yen per month, and accepts applications year-round.

Responsibilities
Discovery and proposals
Through client visits or online meetings, you map out how the client’s daily work flows. You identify tasks AI can streamline, such as preparing quotations, answering inquiries or updating product pages, and turn your findings into a proposal and a quotation.
Running implementation projects
On projects such as AI back-office assistants, websites, and store and social media operations, you manage the schedule, gather materials from the client, and handle configuration and testing. You also align specifications with the development work.
Adoption support
You train the client’s staff and write user manuals. After launch, you answer questions and collect improvement requests so they feed into the next round of changes.

Qualifications
- Eligibility
- Japanese nationality, or a residence status with no work restrictions (Permanent Resident, Special Permanent Resident, Spouse or Child of Japanese National, Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident, or Long-Term Resident)
- Required
- You already use generative AI such as ChatGPT or Claude, at work or in daily life Computer skills to prepare proposals and business email on your own
- Preferred
- Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) Experience in IT sales, customer support or web production Chinese or English communication skills (some clients are overseas)
