We prepare the English documents, from the first approach letter through to the quotation, and you decide whether to send them.

Back-office operations
The Excel templates and paper forms you use today stay as they are. Only the copying and totaling repeated every day moves into a system.
Quotations and daily reports are drafted with the originals kept in-house, and a staff member checks each one before it goes out.
We set out, using your actual documents, what staff may enter into generative AI, and align your AI service settings and access rights with it. Documents that cannot leave your company are handled by AI running on your own machines.
