How we handle personal information

Information we receive

The company name, your name, email address, and inquiry you write in your email or in the inquiry form, and the messages you enter in the AI chat. We collect nothing else.

Purpose of use

To answer your inquiry and to contact you about it. AI chat records are also used to improve our replies and services. We do not add your information to a sales list or send advertising email.

How the form works

What you type in the inquiry form is delivered as one email to our inquiry mailbox through our inquiry-receiving service on Cloudflare. This site has no function that stores it, and the service keeps no record. If sending fails, a draft opens in your own mail software instead.

AI chat

We store the messages you enter in the AI chat at the bottom right of this site and the AI’s replies on a server we manage, together with the time of each message and a random identifier that your browser creates so we can manage how often the chat is used. An external AI service provider that we engage generates the replies, and we send your messages to that provider only to the extent needed for this. Do not enter your Individual Number (My Number), bank account numbers, passwords, credit card numbers, or similar information. We detect messages containing them automatically, do not send them to the AI service, do not answer them, and may end the chat.

Sharing with third parties

We do not pass your information to third parties, except where you have given us your prior consent, or where the law requires us to disclose it. We send AI chat messages to the provider that generates replies under a subcontracting arrangement.

Retention period

We keep the correspondence and AI chat records for as long as necessary and delete them once we no longer need them.

Cookies and analytics

We use no cookies and no analytics tools. Your browser stores your language choice, the AI chat identifier, and the chat currently shown.

Requests to disclose, correct, or delete

Email [email protected]. We act on requests to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete your information once we have confirmed that the request comes from you.
